Victor Ireland was born on May 27, 1966 in Los Angeles County, California, USA as Victor E. Ireland. He is a writer and director, known for LUNAR: Silver Star Story Complete (1999), Alundra (1997) and Summon Night 6: Lost Borders (2016). Former president of Working Designs for over 15 years, until it closed in 2005.
