Nicholas Marcos 'Nick' Serra was born on March 27, 1978 in East Meadow, New York. He is a MMA fighter and the younger brother of former UFC Welterweight Champion Matt Serra. He is also the second American Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt under world renowned Renzo Gracie, he is Chief Instructor along with his brother Matt Serra in this family-run academy. As a member of the Renzo Gracie Competition Team, he has earned many awards and titles such as Grappler's Quest Absolute Division Champion and IFF No Holds Barred Heavyweight Champion.
